95% of the people who post here wouldnt be able to take advantage of a maxed out PC.
simply because if its truly MAXED out, its not going to be able to support alot of the current software on the market.

i dont know where he's coming from with that, but maxing out your pc is rediculous. $4000 would get you a PC that would be so nice it would be completely impractical.
