Yep.. finally happened to me after all these years. And Microsoft won't do shit about it. They want me to write to their legal team.

I had the traffic lights on the PS3. Same kinda thing. Either get a slim PS3 (cos the way they're built they don't overheat like the older model does - which is the main problem for them breaking. Or just cop the core Xbox. Or clash penises with their legal team.

That will have to be my last resort if their legal team tells me there is nothing they can do about it.

The part that sucks is the how they're trying to tell me I bought it in 2008 when I was deployed to Iraq in 2008. I bought it once I got back to Germany in mid 2009. I have the orders to prove it, but they want a receipt I don't have. They even asked me for a bank statement. I told them if they were sure if they could determine whether I purchased it from a bank statement because purchases aren't itemized and they said yes. They eventually rejected it and said it wasn't enough. So basically.. I had to track those statements down for nothing.

I told them I would have to make this uglier if they keep brushing me off like this.

id keep at it for the principle of the matter...

any console that's bought gets scanned and it's entered into a date base...they should be able to tell the exact date/hour you bought it off of that...

id keep at it for the principle of the matter...

any console that's bought gets scanned and it's entered into a date base...they should be able to tell the exact date/hour you bought it off of that...
