The Luminous Curse

Flames at my fingertips, almost like candle wicks
Causing damages...damn, i can't really handle this
Burning skin, a churning grin forms with my lips
Everything i touch is torched within my grips
This luminous curse was abusing at first
But now i' m using it to be cruel, it truly hurts
Demons lurk, the curse has me up... scheming work
I was a kindhearted person before, now i'm leaving a jerk
Bringing evil to church, burning objects as i stroll places
The flames i engulf cause citizens to roam with cold faces
No safeness, i'm scorching home bases...no favorites
I can burn anything in my path and that's the whole basis
Cursed with this power to burn, it took me a few hours to learn
At first i was a coward, now the flames devour, i'm stern
Fires crackle, desires tackled...even got the heat miser grappled
Hotness melts and drips oozing lava like some rain in a storm
Aching from the flaming swarm, leaving wooden stables torn
A fables formed when i fuck this whole world like a fatal porn
Ladies mourn when i third degree burn every single baby born
And totally blaze every grain of corn...transform climates to crazy warm
Got the energy to demolish, but certainly too lazy to warn
Inform? nahh.. i rather burn every building and every lady dorm
Perform? yeaa.. baby that's my norm...my flames are sharp as a thorn
Hard as a horn...slaughter every daughter if their fathers wanna scorn
Don't even bother, i don't need marijuana if i wanna burn...i burn anything
This curse turned me into a monster, i'm a goner...i've lost everything...

needless to say that this was fire lol. i loved the concept and you not taking the hero road with magicial curses. usually thats the angle but you seem to have done much more this way. YOu had some dope multi's although some were kinda forced here and there, but it didnt really take away from the overall piece, just kinda slowed the flow of the read. my fav part was the ending. i suck at ending pieces but this was off the chain. even kinda gave way to a sequel perhaps. i really enjoyed this overall man. cant wait to see more drops from you.

I really enjoyed ready this piece. It was dark and sinister yet hopeful thoughout. The flow was off and choppy in the middle, but otherwise very concise and thoughtful. Since I'm new I want to improve my poetry/cypher/writing skills. This has definitely inspired me. Good work, Illustrious.

I like the rhymes here, with the inform/perform and the nahh and yeaa in those bars.

All in all I think you have a sick piece. Sick as in sick and sick as in sick lol.
You have talent Illustrious. Your rhymes are nice and your flow is happening, a little stretched at times but not by much, and your msg is cool and well, I really like this piece.

i would critique the consistancy of your flow, in a few spots it seems off. polish that up and keep dropping more fire like this
