Wordz - medal/metal is a pretty obvious wordplay/homonym, but the concept/punch was well executed and worded cleanly. My only real criticism is I would have omitted “this shit is not new to me” from your set up. It didn’t add anything to the bar and threw off the rhyme syllable count/pattern, but that’s a relatively minor critique. Nice showing overall.

MV - well I def knew there’d be some CK lines this week lol. I see what you were going for, but it just didn’t land hard as a punch for me personally. “Utah/you to” is also a pretty big stretch for wordplay imo because Utah sounds like “yoo-TAW” so it didn’t quite work when I read it. Props for the creativity though.

mv ur first real miss for me unfortunately, the wp is not only forced but the concept in general/punch is meh to me, not a fan of this one.. at least it is a rare miss/ur normally very consistent

Wordz well constructed bar flow was tight and wording was crisp, I’m not sure metal/medal is the best or cleanest concept but it worked enough to allow it, enjoyed the bar this week

Mv - I was gonna drop a line about him but couldn’t think of anything, yours was mad creative and I think the word play worked really well, my gripe with it was the orem part only works one way but then I re read it a couple more and I get it now, Uta, choose me, orem as in you’re asking Utah no orem to pick u and make the birds choice easier in who to be with because orim has killed him on your behalf. Nah this was dope af to me

I’m going against the grain here, mvs word play works for me, was mad creative and tied in nicely, words bar was strong and direct so if anyone has any doubt other whether mvs bar worked its good stylistically to get the W, just not for me because MVs bar worked for me and was fire
