For the love of God, go to the library.
Pick up books by writers your teachers told you were good, like Hemingway, Twain, Dickens, Faulkner, Shakespeare, read something by them and when you come across a word you don't know, write it down, then look up the definition, then write the definition to help you remember.
After a few books you'll literally have learned over 500-1000 new words. It's called learning. Don't have to be assigned work to learn, man. Step up your independent research game.

and i'm pretty sure you been writing quadruple the time I started writing.... I guess in reality, I'm just trying to break through.... this faze I'm in.... I only started writing rhymes like 2 years ago on and off not knowing shit.... and went to a french school all my life and got picked on and bully, I'm surprise I'm still trying to keep my head up, cauz it can get pretty fucking lonely being me.....
I'm really am smart in a lot of ways, but have trouble expressing myself... and elaborating on concepts...
